Everyone loves free stuff. The reasons may differ for each individual but it’s part of our human nature and our emotions play a big role in it. Anyway, let me share with you the freebie I recently got from Google.
If you’re an Android user, you are already familiar with Google Play and its reward program called Google Play Points which allows you to earn points for every purchase you make on the Play Store. These points accumulate over time and can be redeemed for in-app or in-game items, coupons, Google Play credit, and partner rewards.
There are four levels in Google Play Points and each level has its specific benefits. The lowest level is Bronze, followed by Silver (150 points), then Gold (600 points), and the highest is Platinum (3,000 points).
While browsing Google Play a few months back, I saw a Play Points notification and when I checked it out, I was happy to see that I earned a special perk for being a Platinum-level member.
This limited edition Google Play T-Shirt was designed by Naomi Otsu who is a graphic designer and illustrator from New York.
The front design features the four colors of the Google Play logo and the number “10” which stands for Google Play’s 10 years of existence – the Android Market was renamed/rebranded to Google Play ten years ago. It also includes various gaming nods including sports and racing games as well as PUBG.
If you are a Google Play Points member, make sure to check the Play Store regularly. You might be eligible for an awesome gift or perk too.
Has anyone else here been able to redeem the FREE Google Play T-Shirt? What are some of the item/s that you were able to redeem with your Google Play Points?
